Shin release

Shins are a place that can be really difficult to stretch, and yet they can cause a lot of pain if they aren’t well taken care of. Let us help with this easy shin release!

For this release you will need two rounds in their tote. You can experiment with using the large or small to see which feels better for you. When you start to roll you will align the shin bone (tibia) with the space between rounds to avoid rolling directly on the bone.

Remember to listen to your body, and if it feels to intense, lighten the pressure or switch sizes.
